Who we are
A technical Shopify team built for the work behind the storefront.
WE ARE CRISP is an independent Shopify engineering team for established ecommerce brands. We are brought in when Shopify needs to be looked after properly: the work is ongoing, the setup has grown more complex, and the team needs a partner that understands both the store and the business behind it.
Much of the value sits behind the storefront: helping a trading team release changes without creating instability, making integrations dependable, and ensuring the store can absorb new commercial requirements. When the foundations need to change, we lead the more consequential work too: a considered migration, a rebuild, or a Shopify setup designed for international trading, B2B, or greater operational complexity.
We have worked exclusively in Shopify for more than 12 years. That experience gives us a practical view of the platform: where a simple solution is enough, when an app is useful, and when getting the foundations right will save time later.

Who we work with
We tend to work with brands for whom ecommerce is an important part of the business, not an experiment running alongside it. They have customers, trading calendars, campaigns, operational dependencies, and a team that needs the store to keep up.
Some have an in-house ecommerce or development function and need specialist Shopify depth alongside it. Others need an external team they can trust with the technical side day to day. In both cases, we are most useful when there is real work to own and a shared appetite to improve the store over time.
